Jakov Kolega is the founder and director of Greengreen Advisory with over 10 years of experience in business and financial consulting.
He specializes in ESG, green and digital transition, and the development of sustainability strategies and reports. He has expertise in legislative frameworks such as CSRD, ESRS, and the EU Taxonomy.
Jakov actively trains companies across various sectors and leads EU projects focused on sustainable business. He holds an MBA and is a certified international sustainability consultant.
Iva Soža is a consultant and head of the ESG department with 4 years of experience in EU policies and reporting.
She specializes in CSRD, ESRS, SFDR, CSDDD, and the EU Taxonomy, as well as developing ESG strategies and Sustainability Statements. She has practical experience in environmental protection and impact assessments.
Iva holds a Master’s degree in Marine Ecology with additional specialization in microbial ecology.
Maja Radica is an ESG consultant with experience in the banking sector, developing ESG strategies and stakeholder communication.
She has led sustainability and diversity projects at Privredna banka Zagreb and organized employee trainings. Her focus is on organizational integrity and community relations.
Maja completed Level 1 training at the International Institute for Climate Action.
